Trusted contact

How this works

1. 1You choose one person you trust and write the short message they would get.
2. 2We email them once to ask if they agree. Nothing is ever sent to them unless they say yes.
3. 3When you need support, tap "I need someone" and confirm. Only then do we send your message.
4. 4They never see your chats, your journal, or anything else you write here. They can stop at any time.

Listeners, moderators, and admins can't see your trusted contact or trigger a message. Removing the contact deletes it straight away.
